We ship via Australia Post and aim to process orders as quickly as possible. However, as a one-person business and a mum of three, there may be times when illness or other responsibilities prevent immediate shipping. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Returns and Refunds
Our refund policy complies with Australian consumer law. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
